1-1 PRIVATE CLASSES

Private yoga classes are an ideal option if you are interested in an individualized assessment, instruction, guidance and accountability that works with your schedule and goals. They can also be used to address specific concerns such as injuries, athletic performance, pelvic floor health, osteoporosis and postural misalignments that lead to vulnerability to illness or injury down the road.

With greater self-awareness, cultivation of efficient biomechanics and optimal breathing practices, private sessions help you to establish good patterns of movement for sustainable health and peace of mind.

It’s Easy to Get Started!

  • Step 1 - Complete intake form or relevant questionnaire which will provide me with initial information to begin to create an individualized program that will help you move into balance in the body, breath and mind.  

  • Step 2 - We will meet for a private session at an agreed upon location that will include relevant body - breath assessment as well as a short individualized practice (4-6 postures or movements) and a 1- 2 poses and breathwork for your homework.

  • Step 3 - We will check in and review previous session and continue to work through your customized plan, including appropriate additions and modifications based on how you are responding to the plan.

  • Step 4 - Continuing growth, adjustments and progression. These 1-1 sessions provide time for further instruction and refinement of the personal practice designed to empower you to live a more comfortable and active life. 

Class location may be scheduled at your home or mine, outdoors (weather permitting) or via Zoom.   

Pricing

  • Private Sessions are $100/hour

  • Prepaid Package of 4 sessions is discounted 10%  and 10 sessions are discounted 20%.

Private groups

Similar to 1-1 private sessions but with 2-4 people. This is a great way for small like-minded groups and families to spend quality time together. Yoga replenishes the body and mind as it reduces fatigue, stress and tightness while improving postural alignment, emotional energy, focus and concentration. 

We meet in-person or online via Zoom.

Pricing

  • Semi-Private Session are $100/group for group of 2-4.

  • Corporate classes or larger groups start at $150 and depending on travel distance & hand out materials and yoga props provided. 

GROUP CLASSES

Park Ridge Park District - Centennial Fitness Center - Yoga Class

I enjoy creating yogic communities for people who are progressing along life’s journey and want to support each other's good habits and have some fun. Together we will develop self-awareness of posture, strength, mobility, flexibility so you can continue to be- or start to be - more active.

  • Restorative Yin Yoga at Centennial Fitness Center in Park Ridge, IL

    Thursdays at 5:30pm, In-Person.

    Restorative Yin yoga guides you to gently stretch and release tension and tightness in the body (joints, muscle, fascia) while slowing down the breath and calming the mind with restorative postures, often supported by props, that are held from 1-5 minutes with an extended savasana. Candlelight included.

  • Gentle Yoga at Centennial Fitness Center in Park Ridge, IL

    Fridays at 10:30am, In-Person.

    This yoga class is designed to give participants a gentle yoga practice to increase mobility, flexibility and stability in order to prevent injury and recover using yoga. Each class will resolve with restorative postures, breathing exercises and Savasana!

One more step to vibrance. Workshops deepen and expand your yoga practice and exploring another aspect of your self-care. Including making your body feel better, finding work/life balance, and of vision. Most workshops are 60-120 minutes. Pricing varies.

  • The Pelvicore™ Program & Pelvic Floor Yoga
